In 1999 Greg saw a need for affordable housing and started building turn key house & land packages for the 1st home buyer & the investor.

Whilst still building under Greg Williams Constructions with the same quality and principles as his upmarket projects Greg implemented this division as Aspect Homes.

Today Aspect Homes builds a range of high quality house & land packages ranging from 4 bed, 3 bed and 2 bed homes along with Townhouse, Duplex and Villa investment properties in the gold coast and Brisbane region.
