The HIA CSR-Housing Awards represent the pinnacle of achievement in the country’s home building industry. Members begin by entering the competition at state or regional level and winners are celebrated at a series of gala events around the nation towards the end of the year.

The finalists in the various categories are named with the winner announced and acclaimed by an audience of 2000. The culmination of this night of nights is the award of Home of the Year representing the very best in construction, design and innovation.

Over the past 15 years, Greg Williams Constructions has been at the forefront of design and construction in Queensland and have been privileged to be awarded some of the highest achievements within the HIA Awards during that time.

• 2000 Bronze Award - Category: Custom Built Homes $350,000 to $500,000
• 2001 Silver Award - Category: Medium Density Project of the Year
• 2004 Bronze Award - Category: Custom Built Homes $350,000 to $500,000
• 2005 Gold Award - Category: Custom Built Homes $300,000 to $400,000
